The Strategic Negotiation Workshop focuses on the skills and
abilities to negotiate effectively with those inside and outside

Content
The workshop comprises a 7 step framework process designed to
maximise delegates learning potential. The course was developed by
a specialist in negotiation strategies who has a combined practical
knowledge gained over 20 years in management and completed Masters
level subjects in Negotiation and Strategic Alliances at a High
Distinction level. Additional case studies provided in this
workshop have been sourced with approval from Harvard Law
School.

How Many Can
Attend?
Whether you choose an in-house or open workshop, the emphasis on
individual coaching limits each workshop to a maximum of 20
delegates.
How Is Effectiveness
Measured?
Each delegate sets personal objectives at the beginning of the
workshop and continually measures progress against milestones
throughout the course. Following a feedback session, each delegate
evaluates the workshop and the results are made available to
you.

supplied from Harvard Law School

develop powerful negotiation strategies
- We cover the practical skills needed to negotiate, including
preparation, questioning, listening, observing and then
influencing
- We use a range of approaches to ensure the experience is
impactful, significant and memorable to meet the needs of the
delegate and client
- Effective negotiation is a process where we will look at each
sides key interests and then balance the outcomes to effect a happy
medium
The Outcome
By the end of the workshop the delegate will be in a position to
improve the profitability of your business and have the strategic
tools to enable a beneficial outcome in most negotiation
situations.

- Plan and prepare for negotiations using a robust process and
utilising information
- Be able to manage personalities to achieve the desired

- Identify and control the balance of power

of the package and the profitability of the deal
- Employ a range of tools to manage the negotiation
- Resolve problems and tackle potential deadlock situations to
gain agreement
- Be confident in using the 7-step process in future
negotiations
