Profile of Founder
Ray
Earl is Founder and CEO of Skynet Corporation Pty Ltd.
A brief reflection of some of Ray’s qualities, qualifications and
experience, the combination of which, are the basis of this
company.
Ray has had extensive experience in business, through acquisitions
and green fielding, having owned and operated more than ten
successful business operations in the last 20 years.
Ray has also held management positions with several
medium to large Companies in the vocations of Engineering
Management and Information Technology where his positions were to
look at ways to increase efficiencies, streamline production,
project management, staff training and development and continuous
improvement (not exhaustive by any means).
Early in 1999, Ray Earl established Skynet
Corporation Pty. Ltd. as an Information Technology Support Company.
As the business grew it was decided to diversify into the area of
training, business consultation, facilitation and course
development. Skynet Education was created and a platform for the
delivery and development of quality training and service delivery
in a flexible manner was born.
Working with a dedicated group of trainers, facilitators and
business consultants, Ray has developed a committed quality
training company, with an established client base, and an
ever-expanding range of quality training products and service
consultation. The primary goal is to provide innovative learning
and quality training products to help clients and individuals meet
their goals.
Ray states that:

ensuring security of your future, whether you own your own business
or are working for someone else…”
Ray walks the talk, has worldly practical experience in all
facets of business and holds a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship
and Innovation received from the prestigious Australian
Graduate School of Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University. Ray is
a sessional lecturer at the Australian Graduate School of
Entrepreneurship and states, "I enjoy breathing life into my
lectures by providing real life experiences, this is something that
you can't find in a text book. The students are always being
challenged and in turn they challenge me, which is a fantastic
learning experience." Ray also previously worked in the
executive at RMIT, where he set up an AQTF division in the School
of Engineering.
