AQTF 2010
The AQTF 2007 Standards have been renamed to the AQTF 2010 Essential Standards for Continuing Registration and there are New Essential Standards for Initial Registration. The National Quality Council (NQC) states that the implementation will be completed by March 2010.

Please Note: Our current AQTF 2010 CD will be ready for release in mid March. Clients who have previously purchased the AQTF 2007 CD will be provided the updates at minimal cost.

Time is Money - Don't waste your time creating AQTF documentation.
The RTO must provide evidence that details how they are complying with the standards. This can be an often arduous and timely task for New RTOs and operational RTOs and in the initial stages of planning for registration this may take up to 12 months in preparation. Fee for Service
There are three options available for purchasing our AQTF 2007 product:

OPTION 1. CD with all systems, policies and processes including copyright (no ongoing license fee or software issues) place our materials on your Network to as many PCs as you like (only for use in your organisation) for $TBA + GST = TBA. Plus: FREE Internal Audit Documentation.

OPTION 2. CD with all systems, policies and processes including copyright (no ongoing license fee or software issues) to allow you to place our materials on your Network to as many PCs as you like (only for use in your organisation) and 1 day on site consulting with our CEO plus phone/e-mail support for one month for $2,300 inc GST, includes Internal Audit and same day consultation on CRICOS registration. *Travel time and cost is additional. (consultation maximum 6 hours plus 1 hour write report).

OPTION 3. If you require extra support with your RTO and you have previously purchased option two above, we offer additional site visits at $600 per 3 hours. (Saturdays only and for maximum of 3 visits at this price) *Travel time and cost is additional.

Standard Consulting Services
We also complete Internal AQTF Audits on Saturdays (6 hours + 1 hour write report) for a fixed rate of $1400, this will include a report with recommendations. Fees must be paid in advance prior to audit. *Travel time and cost is additional.

Consulting Services for a ONE Time Consultation
If you would like to meet for an 'Initial Consultation', just for a briefing on our services in line with the needs for registration and AQTF compliance, and to show you a copy of our procedures, policies and systems as per the products supplied in options 1 and 2 above.
We are able to provide this consultation for 1 hour at a low price of *$150. Site location for this meeting will be in CBD Melbourne. Note: Fees must be paid in advance.
*Note:If you decide to purchase any of the options above, we will gladly refund the $150 off your invoice.

Australian Quality Training Framework
The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is the nationally agreed quality framework for the Australian vocational education and training (VET) system.

To become registered there are specific requirements and to maintain registration, registered training organisation's (RTOs) are audited by the relevant state or territory registering body for compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisation's. In Conducting these audits, the states and territories comply with the Standards for State and Territory Registering/Course Accrediting Bodies. (AQTF 2007).

The New Standards (AQTF 2007)
The AQTF 2007 Essential Standards for Registration apply to all Registered Training Organisations from 1 July 2007.
The AQTF 2007 requirements for RTOs, include:
• three standards relating to training and assessment, client services and management systems
• a set of quality indicators, or data to be collected, to help the RTO continuously improve its training and assessment, and to help the registering body to monitor the quality of the RTO’s operations
• a set of conditions (Conditions of Registration) to be met while operating as a training provider.
