AQTF 2010
The AQTF 2007 Standards have been renamed, and has been
broken down into two new sets of standards:
1. Essential Conditions and Standards
for Continuing Registration (for current RTOs)
2. Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial Registration (for
registering RTOs)
Please contact your own registering
body to find out the implementation date, as each State or
Territory may be different.
Please Note: The AQTF 2010 CD
is available in both formats.
Time is Money - Don't waste
your time creating AQTF documentation.
The RTO must provide evidence that details how they are complying
with the standards. This can be an often arduous and timely task
for New RTOs and operational RTOs and in the initial stages of
planning for registration this may take up to 12 months in
preparation. There is NO NEED to reinvent the wheel.
Skynet has developed, tested and previously been audited on some of
our materials.
Skynet has been involved in vocational education, VET and training
and assessment since 1999, we are specialists in AQTF and have
helped set up registered training organisations (RTOs) and we
operated as RTO N.21632 for several years. We have consulted to
RTOs in preparation for audits and have designed more than 120
systems and compliance resources for RTOs. We had always passed our
audits.

Please NOTE: The CDs are different, make
sure you select the right option. Option 1 is for current RTOs and
Option 4 has been developed for initial registration.

1. AQTF 2010 CD for Continuing Registration
(current RTOs) includes all systems, policies and processes
including copyright (no ongoing license fee or software issues)
place our materials on your Network to as many PCs as you like
(only for use in your organisation at ONE site) for $908 + GST = $999. Plus: FREE Internal Audit Documentation.

per option 1) plus One Day On Site Internal Audit
including phone/e-mail
support for one month for $2,090 + GST = $2300 *Travel time and
cost is additional. (consultation maximum 6 hours plus 1 hour
written report).

3. If you previous purchased our AQTF 2007 CD then the
additional cost for the New AQTF 2010 CD will be $545 + GST = $599.

Standard Consulting
Services
Our hourly rate is negotiable, depending on the scope of
assignment.
We also complete Internal AQTF Audits for
a fixed rate of $1400 + GST =
$1540, (includes: 6 hours + 2 hour written
report) this will include a report with
recommendations.
Note: as part of the service, we will provide a FREE copy of
The Internal Audit Assessment Checklist in word format for
use in your future Audits. Fees must be paid in advance prior to
audit. *Travel time and cost is additional.
Consulting Services
for a ONE Time
Consultation
If you would like to meet for
an 'Initial
Consultation', just for
a briefing on our services in line with the needs for registration
and AQTF compliance, and to show you a copy of our procedures,
policies and systems as per the products supplied in options 1, 2
and 4 above.
We are able to provide this
consultation for 1 hour at a low price of *$150 + GST = $165. Site location for this meeting will be in
CBD Melbourne. Note: Fees must be paid in
advance.
*Note: If you decide to purchase any of the
options above, we will gladly refund the $165 off your
invoice.

AND CONDITIONS OF USING OUR SERVICE &
PRODUCTS
Disclaimer: We do not
guarantee that our systems, policies and processes will pass audits
or registration, although we know from our own experience that the
users of some of our materials have met the requirements for
compliance to previous audits. The Council of Australian
Governments (COAG) met on 7 December and endorsed the NQC’s
amendments, however as always there may still be changes. We are
not responsible nor liable for any changes that the registering
authorities may make. Our CD is sold as is.
Note: It is not enough just to buy
our materials, you do need to read, learn, digest and modify the
materials to suit your own organisation. This is part of continual
improvement for the growth of your organisation.
We shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect,
special or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary
loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Service
and / or Products of this offering.
Miscellaneous: This Agreement
shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Use of our CD and Content:
Your purchase of this CD and contents is conditional upon your
acceptance to the terms and conditions appearing on our website
page and inserted on this page. If you do not agree to our terms
and conditions, please do not use our services or purchase our CD
or any other products offered. The materials provided on our CD is
owned by Skynet Corporation Pty Ltd and protected by copyright law
and international copyright treaty.
The purchaser of our CD: Essential
Conditions and Standards for Continuing or Initial Registration
will be granted non exclusive and non transferable license to use
the CD and content of CD, provided that the content is used only
for the one Registered Training Organisation which has purchased
the content, for example: if you own more than one RTO then you
cannot use the CD for the other RTO. If you provide this CD to any
other RTO then you have breached the licence conditions and you
will be required to pay additional licence fees for each RTO.
The CD and contents must not be sublicensed, published, rented,
sold, displayed, reproduced, distributed, or in any way exploited.
The content must not be re-engineered in any way, shape or form for
commercial use and profit apart from use within the purchasers own
organisation to help meet its own AQTF compliance.
You are not to re-engineer the CD and / or content and then offer
for re-sale or for free to any organisation. These terms and
conditions continue forward in the case that you sell your
organisation and so the new organisation (purchaser of your
business) must also abide by these terms and conditions.
Breaches of Licence Agreement
The continued use of our CD: Essential Conditions and Standards
for Continuing or Initial Registration without paying additional
licence fee will result in litigation.
Consultants:
The licence is for One Site Only and not for use by
consultants. If you are a consultant, there is a different licence
fee, please contact Ray Earl for more details.
Peak Bodies and
Associations/Federations:
If the intended use of any of our materials (CDs) is to provide
them to the members of your peak body/association/federation etc
then multiple licences will be required. Please contact Ray Earl with your scope of
requirement for a quotation.
TAFEs:
The licence for TAFEs is for one site which includes one school,
for example: your TAFE Institute may have several
schools/divisions/departments: school of engineering, school of
business, if this is the case then multiple licences will be
required.
If you wish to purchase the CD for multiple sites and
schools/divisions/departments. Please contact Ray Earl with your scope of requirement for
a quotation.
Fees Payment Procedure:
All fees are inclusive of GST. Our fees are paid in advance; an
invoice will be supplied after payment is received.
