"Business Coaching
Increased Productivity more than 300%. A study by Olivero, Bane
& Kopelmann (1997) concluded that business coaching combined
with implementation of a structured program increased productivity
in business by an outstanding 300%."
"Between 25 percent and 40
percent of Fortune 500 companies use executive coaches" - according
to a recent survey by The Hay Group, an international human
resources consultancy with a $10 million coaching practice.
If you look at all the high
achievers in past history, they all had a coach, for example: Tiger
Woods the greatest golfer of all time has a coach, Brian
Tracy one of the Worlds best motivational presenters had a speaking

The Business Plan will provide strategic direction to the future of
the business entity, it should be used as a working document to be
referred to and modified as the needs of the business change.
Research has shown that most business that have failed did not have
a formal business plan, although it is worth stating that a
business plan does not guarantee success. There are many factors
both internal and external that will decide the future of the
business entity. But again, planning is paramount and the
development of a strong robust business plan will help mitigate
some of the risk. The Business Plan should cover three main broad
areas: Marketing, Finance and Operations. These areas cascade down
into more specific content such as: Introductory Elements, Growth
Plan, Marketing Plan, Financial Plan, Market Analysis, Management
Team. There is no universal format for a plan as it will be created
to suit the particular entity.

Studies and Due Diligence Analysis and are able to develop a

Coaching is about assisting companies to be the best they can.
We have developed the following plan to help companies and
individuals realise their dreams:
The service we offer in business coaching starts with an initial
phone call to discuss brief business description, the next call is
the first consultation (first half hour is FREE). At this stage we
then discuss with the client the next step which may include a
marketing audit of the business or direct coaching in specific
areas which have been highlighted.
The next step is a face to face meeting where we complete a
Sales and Marketing Audit which covers a number of key areas (this
may take up to 4 hours). Or we cover areas as requested by client.
After which we compile a report which will identify what areas need
improvement.
The second meeting will give summary recommendations for
improvement. At this stage the client may choose to retain our
services or decide that they wish to try to work through the
recommendations themselves. We are very flexible with our methods
of coaching as every client has different circumstances and so we
do structure the coaching to the needs of the client.
